CryptoWise Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

I. GENERAL RULES

1.1. The CryptoWise Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") is organized by CryptoWise ("Organizer").

1.2. This program aims to attract new users to the CryptoWise platform through referrals made by third parties ("Affiliates").

1.3. The relationship between CryptoWise and Affiliates is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms").

1.4. "CryptoWise Platform" means the Organizer's official website and web application.

1.5. "CryptoWise Account" refers to a registered user account that allows access to CryptoWise services including investing, referrals, and rewards.

1.6. "Affiliate" means a third party who registers and is approved to promote CryptoWise through unique referral links.

1.7. "Referred Customer" means a new individual who registers on CryptoWise using an Affiliate's referral link.

II. REFERRAL MECHANISM

2.1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to promote the platform. Users registering through this link will be tagged as Referred Customers.

2.2. CryptoWise will provide marketing materials for promotion, which may not be altered without written consent.

2.3. To qualify as a Referred Customer, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years old and not a resident of restricted countries (e.g., USA, UK).
• Register using the Affiliate's referral link.
• Verify their identity and accept CryptoWise Terms of Service.
• Make a qualifying investment or deposit.

III. AFFILIATE REWARD

3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission ("Affiliate Reward") based on a percentage of the referred user's investment or interest earnings.

3.2. Details of the reward rate and payment process are defined in the Affiliate dashboard.

3.3. Rewards are paid in USD via the Affiliate system dashboard.

3.4. Only valid referrals meeting all criteria are eligible for rewards.

3.5. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax filings based on their jurisdiction.

IV. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

4.1. Affiliates may not represent CryptoWise legally or make unauthorized claims.

4.2. Affiliates must only use official CryptoWise-provided materials and may not charge fees to referred users.

4.3. Affiliates agree to comply with all laws and confirm they are not restricted by any sanctions or anti-terrorism laws.

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. Affiliates may use CryptoWise trademarks and materials only for promotion and not in paid search ads or unauthorized contexts.

5.2. All rights and ownership remain with CryptoWise.

VI. TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1. The agreement begins at the time of Affiliate registration and continues until terminated.

6.2. CryptoWise may terminate the agreement at any time if there is a breach or fraudulent activity.

6.3. Either party may terminate the agreement with one-day notice.

VII. INDEMNIFICATION

7.1. Affiliates agree to indemnify CryptoWise for any damages or legal issues arising from breach or misconduct.

7.2. CryptoWise’s liability is limited to the amount of reward paid to the Affiliate.

7.3. Neither party is liable for indirect or incidental damages.

VIII. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1. CryptoWise may update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.

8.2. These Terms do not create a partnership or agency relationship.

8.3. All notices will be communicated via email.

IX. GOVERNING LAW

9.1. These Terms are governed by no laws.

9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in a Nigerian court, individually and not as part of a class action.

Welcome to CryptoWise. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CryptoWise investment platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Overview

CryptoWise is an investment platform founded in 2019, collaborating with professional and verified traders who invest funds into the crypto, forex, and stock markets. Our team employs time-tested trading strategies to generate profits for our community of investors. We prioritize transparency, security, and financial growth.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets—including cryptocurrencies, forex, and stocks—carry significant risk. While we strive to deliver consistent profits, you acknowledge that investments are subject to market fluctuations and there is no guarantee of returns. In the event of any capital loss, CryptoWise is not liable for any financial loss or damages incurred.

3. Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made through the official platform or to the wallet address displayed on our website.
• Deposits should not be sent directly to any unauthorized wallet or individual.
• CryptoWise is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or unofficial wallet addresses.

4. Investment Policy

• Minimum investment period is 15 days. Early termination is not allowed within this window.
• Daily returns are accumulated based on the ROI (Return on Investment) until the full cycle ends.
• If an investment is not stopped by the user after maturity, the system continues to auto-invest earnings.
• Profits from matured investments are moved to your available balance for withdrawal or reinvestment.

5. Withdrawals

• Users can request withdrawals at any time from their available balance.
• Each withdrawal request incurs a 2% processing fee, deducted from the requested amount.
• Requested funds are frozen until approved or declined by the admin.

6. Account and Activity Monitoring

• CryptoWise reserves the right to monitor user activity for security and fraud prevention.
• Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension or permanent ban.
• Accounts involved in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities will be terminated without refund.

7. Platform Termination

In the event of operational challenges or threats to our system’s integrity, CryptoWise reserves the right to pause or terminate services at any time. While we aim to provide advance notice, this may not always be possible. Users are encouraged to regularly withdraw profits and stay informed through our announcements.

8. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during registration and verify their identity if required.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials and login details.
• Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts for abuse or manipulation.

9. Modification of Terms

CryptoWise reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
